Families Go Global has partnered with the Kerkus Forest School
to bring you some outdoor fun, nature based activities and the opportunity to meet other like-minded families.
What to expect …
The morning will start around the “Grandmother Tree”, the keeper of the forest, giving thanks and promising that we’ll be respectful and caring of the space and all the animals and plants in it.
The theme for the morning will be “The Magic of the Forest: Fairies”. Enjoy songs, games, storytelling, scavenging and 4 fantastic nature art stations with different activities where parents and children to get creative.
To end the morning, families are welcome to bring a picnic or a flask of soup to enjoy by the Grandmother Tree.

€14.00 per child aged 3 -9 yrs (siblings under 3 yrs go free!).
be accompanied by a parent (1 adult to a maximum of 4 children).
Picnic in the Park at 12pm.
Parking is available along Deerpark Road near the Union Cafe and also in the Community Centre car park on North Avenue.
Meeting beside the playground for sign-in and waiver completion at 10:15am
before activities begin at 10:30am
