Earlier this month, our regular fortnightly coffee morning in the Panda Play Café had a lovely twist to it and we were absolutely delighted to welcome Siobhan Berry, owner of Mummy Cooks who gave parents a ‘Baby Weaning & Fussy Eaters’ talk.

Mummy Cooks provides the recipes, advice and products to parents and focuses on offering a ‘complete solution’ to meal times by cooking for the family first and then adapting the meal for the baby.

Starting with cookery classes for parents weaning their babies in 2012, Siobhan quickly saw the connection between the weaning phase and the fussy toddler and together with the help of her sister, a paediatric occupational therapist, she was inspired to offer more support with the psychology of feeding as well as the recipes themselves.

As a mother of two small children, Siobhan understands the frustrations of finding suitable food storage containers and has very cleverly designed a very practical range of BPA free plastic reusable containers called ‘Babypotz’ that can used for freezing baby food and also a very handy insulated food flask that keeps food hot or cold for school aged children.

We would like to thank Siobhan for the time she gave to support our members and for the generous 10% discount on Mummy Cooks products using the discount code ‘Healthy10’.
