The perfect smoothie to add to an explorers breakfast!

If you are planning a day out exploring with the kids, this Banana Power Smoothie will give them a great start to their day and help you keep up them too. It’s super-dooper easy!

Makes two large or four small smoothies.

Ingredients:

400ml milk

Two bananas

Two teaspoons of honey

Six tablespoons of rolled oats.

Method:

Put all of the above ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds and pour into glasses. Enjoy!
